What do I need to make modern style rap/hip-hop beats?

I want to make instrumentals in the style of Waka Flocka Flame & Gucci Mane that I can record rhymes over. What do I need to do this? I’m not looking for anything expensive here, just something that will sound good.

me and my bud are going to start rappin, porblem is were pretty brok except we have money for blank cdz. but we need like software to make music that doesnt require us to have equilizer or like keyboard and stuff. like software that only needs a computer and microfone!! can u help me out?
