Price Range..$240 MAX .. im only 14.. cant get a job yet to pay for those 2 grand keyboards =[ .. i was looking at portable keyboards with MIDI. what exactly is MIDI.. all i know is it is a keyboard function.. what is sampling also? I’m interested in doing it JUST AT HOME for fun and not for ANY promotional use whatsoever.. I already asked this in the “Music & Music Players”, and other music sections but they didn’t help.. I was thinking maybe this category might know ![]()

The truth is…..u aint gonna get a keyboard worth a damn for only $240. Much less a keyboard with good MIDI function. The other questions your asking require alot of typing if u want a good quality answer for both. U might wanna do some more research on those. Dawg im not hatin at all, im being real with u……….Ya see I dont have to say that “Im a producer”. Just look at my profile, read my answers on topics similar to your question and you’ll know that I AM A REAL PRODUCER.

haha umm…i would say get a motif for a good choice. and if you would be doing it for promotional use it would be the way to go. but i guess….juss get the closest keyboard close to the price range. and midi is just another way of saying a smaller version of the regular keyboard. and sampling…is taking a part of a song and using it in your own beat just to add creativity. and for a program…i would suggest using fruity loops. hope this helps dude. and also good luck.
