I’m trying to make a hip-hop beat and im wondering what program to use to split the voice audio from my sample?

I haven’t seen a program but I saw a device that can remove the voice from a piece of music. It’s called the Alesis Vocal Zapper. Google it. I hope I was somehow helpful.

I would strongly suggest you stay away from anything branded by Alesis. Most the experiences I’ve had with their hardware have been negative.

I would ask this question in a sampling forum or perhaps even shoot en e-mail to the hipsamples webmaster.

I think you need to have two tracks so you can phase one part of the track out but I’m not entirely sure myself.
