@EfendievKarim usually producers have to pay either a flat rate fee or a percentage of sales to the owner of the song which is usually the record label and in turn im sure they pay the artist..i hope that answered your question

the fact that someone can use a song and make there your own is extremely creative.. trust me i make beats soo yea. and its not easy it takes years to master. in a way kanye west is the Quincy Jones of sampling he may have not wrote one but he damn sure can sample one and make it his own. 17 and im not jus saying this cuz ive listened to kanye since i was 9 but im truely saying it because he inspired me to make hiphop music the same way Quincy Jones inspired teddy Riley
