Don’t buy beats online!

Don’t buy beats online! There are artist who live by that. I am hear to say that this idea of free beats have to stop. You not only hurt the producers but, yourself. Us producers know a lot of you artist is broke. I have a idea that may solve the problem. Official Site www.biggrime.net MYSPACE http REVERB-NATION www.reverbnation.com

Dude. Really!!! I know dudes making a killing off beat sales but thats only because in this day in age with the way tecknowledgy is and the net the producer needs to know how to internet market them selves effectively. Its more of a requirement that comes with the job of making beats to make money. Snap out of it brother.

@o0CJBeatz0o Been doing this for a good while I know what I am talking bout. I am not saying its impossible to sell beats cause it is possible. I have sold right many beats. My point that very few make a living doing it. To say I suck I thought you must be the next Scott Storch. You are not. I will not say that you suck because that is bad communication but, I will say its not that good. Also your cjbeatz dot com did not work. If u don’t agree fine but, many do.

lol, you have absolutely no idea what ur talking about lol, you ever heard of leasing a beat? lol i sell plenty of beats online and offline and i keep all my rights to them, if artists is not willing to pay for production they go no where lol, and if they dont even wanna spend 20 dollars for your beat you must be really really bad

@jr543266 i agree its sad that artist think so different from producers in general. Like you said you have to get the equipment to make beats. That cost money while artist try to benefit off it. said

If a artist is not willing to spend at least $20 for a NON EXCLUSIVE, they should not be making ANY music at all………period………….music ain’t FREE!!!! Even if you downlaod a (Free Beat)………….that beat took
    a) TIME to CREATE
    b) Creativity
    c) Software or Hardware
Artist looking for freebeats will never go anywhere!

Why the hell would anyone want to sell exclusive rights for $20? I don’t think exclusive rights at ALL…….even for $100. The reason is because the BEAT is not the hit………..the SONG is!!

exclusive for $20 u can kick rocks…yeah right im having that…in my jay-z voice

I don’t care how decent your beats are. If you don’t market to the artists that pay for beats. You can have the korg oaysis, Roland fantom g, Yamaha motiff, open labs neko full with every single VST it will make no difference. Learn how to market then you charge,

    on 4th Oct, 11 08:10am

if you have talent and put time into your music you gotta charge a decent amount…vst or no vst

everything you said on the video is 100 percent true for the majority of producers out there

rappers think they are too good to buy a beat , they want to make money off the beats so why shouldnt the producer make money off of it…it sucks

I do speak from experience. Even tho I do find some success in selling beats but, there are other ways of getting your music out there and at the same time getting something in return
